early on in the game i without knowing put the love hex on devin and talia.I was wondering if there is any way to take this back or something because i would like devin to marry alicia
is it too late?

If the love hex was put on Devin and Talia, then Devin can't marry Alicia. If you want Devin to marry Alicia, you have to wait until Alicia's in your party and THEN get the love hex.
