Ok, I'm getting bored of this avatar so I am trying to change it. I want to upload this image that I have already downloaded but whenever I try to select it, it says that it's too big. Any help?

Shrink it with MS Paint or some other drawing program. Make sure that your avvie adheres to the avatar limits set (they are mentioned in the upload page).

Oh thanks!
I downloaded a 100x100 picture and it worked. But now, I keep noticing that other peoples avvies that they uploaded are much bigger than mine. I am not sure how to get it bigger. Can someone help me plz?

It might be something to do with the way you download it, or if it was a thumbnail that you downloaded instead of the image itself.
