L's true name was never revealed in the canon series. It's only shown in his profile in the "13th volume" (more of an encyclopedia for Death Note, filled with extra info and character profiles), and it says his real name is L Lawliet (hmm, Watari's not so good at choosing names, is he?)

I've only seen anime Sailor Moon, not the manga. Too difficult to find any bookstores around here that specialize in manga other than ones directed at teen boys. It would be so nice to get to read Sailor Moon, because I'm sure the manga is sort of more mature than the anime, and less repetitive?

anyway, yeah, it is awesome. we're not really at the age to be watching it, but it just cracks me up and makes me enjoy every episode.

I enjoyed Sailor Moon up to the S arc, but the SS and Stars storylines were repetitive and got boring >_> The SS arc was especially annoying, all the way up to the end. At least Sailor Stars got better in the end in terms of storyline...

And, hey, you can never be too old to watch anime! Even Sailor Moon was originally geared towards teenagers. It's just that when it was brought over to North America, they thought that a cartoon like Sailor Moon would appeal more to children so they took out all the "inappropriate" stuff and dumbed it down enough for little kids to watch without their parents getting mad =_=;

@Aeternus: Yeah, it was really funny when in one episode, Usagi got drunk from drinking juice! I just couldn't stop laughing at that point. And some other stuff, too. Not so laughable.

But the Stars season was totally saved by Seiya/Star fighter. I mean, I'm mostly straight, but he/she's hot!

My computer is way laggy. Even if I wanted to watch anime, it'd be a hell of a wait.

i know that feeling. that was when i had dial-up. i always had to wait for the dvds to be released to watch the anime.

I used to use Bittorrent to download anime and it took forever. I think it took me a good two weeks to download all 12 episodes of Paradise Kiss >< Now, though, there are plenty of places where you can stream videos and they're a lot faster. The quality of the videos aren't as great but they're good enough for me. I don't usually re-watch episodes anyway, unless I really really like the series ^^

oh i see. though, i'm the one who usually rewatches episodes. i get attatched to animes quickly.

although, when i was still dial-up, if i was downloading songs, it would take 1-2 days to download. O_o yes, i was patient, but it was irritating. really!

Also I just watched Elfen Lied! Very interesting but short only 13 episodes I wish I could see the continue of this anime.

Have you watched the 2nd season of Rozen Maiden (Rozen Maiden ~Träumend~)I suspect the story has yet to end...I finally got my hands on the manga and I found the end to be the same as the anime in a way that it seems to say "this is just the beginning of the end" :\ hmph...and I was so excited after hunting for the manga series high and low...I hope there will be some conclusion to this intriguing series...

Studio Ghibli's works are classics...I watched most of them when I was younger. My neighbor, Totoro and Kiki's delivery...Grave of the fireflies was a sad movie, but I can't remember anything from it...(o_o) how odd...I just remember it being a sad tale...The latest one I saw was "Tales from Earthsea". It was pretty amazing.

@ELIE-3173: Yes, I've watched to seasons and I liked it very much. It has good ending but Hina-Ichigo and Sousei-Seki had died!

Very true...I have so many favourites I can't just state a few... I like Perfect Girl Evolution however I'm not too fond of its art style...The guys sometime look odd...too girlish or something like that.
