You're on the right track. It is a Yuu Watase anime/manga ^^ It's quite old...This is probably the only anime from Yuu Watase's work that I watched the whole series (I think I didn't miss any...) I'm more into the mangas ones as they feel more "Yuu Watase" and less "other animator's added stuff" like ^^

I'm not sure what that anime is. The art style is familiar though. It looks to be the same art style as Paradise Kiss.

If you use hosting sites, you don't have to download the pictures into your computer But a bad thing is that you might run out of bandwidth.
