Yeah, in Wushu, you have to choose the weapon type you're wielding and the most popular one is spear (?)
But according to my shi-fu, they two are the same. (That's what he said, duh.)

Haha. My school had a LOT of CCAs, so there's lots of chance for me to explore various martial arts
Tried Kenjutsu/Kendo and Wushu last semester, but both clubs requires you to pay monthly fees, so I quit after a while. Don't know if there are such costs for archery and capoeira, but I won't stay if there is. Wanted to try the Krav Maga elective, but the slot is always full before I can sign up...

I've always loved archery when I was a kid. Always been buying those fake bows and arrows lol. Tried it once when camping and it was heavier and harder than I thought!
@Adept I envy you. T_T Our school have nothing like that (k, except when I was in elementary but that was only taekowndo...)

Nope. Not really into football (unless it's our school's football match, lol). I'm more of into martial arts and water sports.

oh well..IPL's over. nothing more sporty to watch on TV now. Kolkata knight riders won a 100 million cash prize....
