No, it's not necessary, but it could be wanted. Not everyone looks at this forum, after all. Some may look at the newspaper and realize a club looks interesting. The newspaper itself isn't necessary.

It can be an advertisement. Anything you want having to do with your club.

Ok, I am going to be doing monthly write ups on the clubs(one or two each time) for the newsletter.
However, there is still an opportunity for clubs in the newspaper. To place an ad in the paper, send me (a)a picture with either a logo or text, (b)a description of the ad/logo you would want, or (c)a textual advertisement for your club not exceeding 100 words. Thanks!

(to clear up any confusion- the newsletter is official and sent out by Amaranth staff; the newspaper is unofficial and posted on the site by members of Amaranthia.com)
