so guy with the crystal is in the butterfly caves? i thought i went through the whole thing and i never even came across a boulder puzzle!


ps. i still feel like i missed something because for some reason the creatures in the mountain pass and in the marionette factory are a lot stronger than my group!

@Kan: Yep, he's in the butterfly caves. (But in the form of a huge demon.)

You don't have to go to the Mountain Pass yet -- you go there later in the story. You should simply do the Valentown/Sweet Tower part of the story first, and then the Marionette Factory. Don't forget to upgrade your equipment at the Memory Orb Vendor at the watermill in Valentown!

Hi again, ok so now I'm in a room where are a lot of mirrors and I need to move the mirrors to redirect the light. I did that but how do I redirect the light to the blue treasure chest? Here's what I got so far:

I'm watching this thread. When the bugs are fixed, I'll release the game. Can you folks keep me updated as you play? As soon as you feel that this game is ready to go, I'll put it on the site.

When the game comes out again, there is going to be a section for anyone who purchased the first version to upgrade for free. If you don't have the unlocked game installed on your computer, You'll need to have your old license email, so get it ready.

This last bug was literally fixed days ago (and even then it was practically bugfree already, with many people having completed the game). I'm sorry that you've been making this statement on false grounds. ^_^; The people who reported the bug in question are already much further into the game (as is proven with their days-old end-game side-quest help requests -- feel free to browse the forum and check it out; I've cleaned it up so it's easier to see), and one of the betatesters has already completed it again. Not everything on the forum can be viewed by the customers -- there's a private forum for the betatesters, so you don't have all knowledge. It would be better to contact me personally about a complaint first, so I can fill you in.

The 'missing content' is a free update planned in the future. Like an expansion pack. The game as a whole is currently complete & perfect in my opinion. The story ends as it should -- it is not an episodic game. The future update will simply add some optional and free content to the game and should be viewed positively and not negatively~. It is not content that I removed or is missing, but that I will add for free for my fans. I'm sorry that you have to view such a good thing through a negative looking glass.

whens the best time to find the demon in the butterfly caves? should i go now since i finished in valentown or should i continue to the marionette factory?

You should try finding the demon now, @rpgnerdkan. It's worth it. If you've beaten those heart monsters around Valentown (and the ones in Sweet Tower?)then it'll be pretty easy going into the butterfly caves again. Still, what you get will make things a bit easier in terms of battling.

ok so done with valentown and done with finding the crystal in butterfly caves... now i can't seem to beat the puppet that the bubble and the cat created.. it just keeps healing itself! and its going on forever!

Okay, it sounds like you didn'treturn the crystal to Queen Ayumi in the butterfly caves. She's somewhere in the butterfly caves you take to get to Ladybug Village. Also, if you have enough upgrading points, you might want to go to the skills tree to upgrade some of your skills for Hellena, such as Lightning and maybe pick a skill for Diamond. Keeping the equipment updated as you find/buy can help a little too. Hope this was helpful.

Yep, Dis is right! Also, here's a little trick: Go to the woodworker in Valentown and exchange marionette parts for an item that you can throw at the Puppetmaster Boss. This item will Mute him for a while, which stops him from healing everything. And, as Dis said, don't forget to use the Ayumi summoning (which you can get from returning the crystal to Ayumi) and buying Lightning with Hellena. Lightning is extremely effective on marionettes. I don't want to sound stupid but where do I go after I got the items from the blue treasure chest in the room with lots of mirrors?

Well, it is a rather puzzling area. ^^; You've gotta aim the beam at the spiky pillar, then leave the room and there will be a new door around where you entered the Mirrorcle Caves. Go through that, follow the tunnel and you're on your way out!

Ok, I solved the puzzle. But I didn't see a new door where I entered the mirrorcle caves.

It's around where you entered, thus not exactly there, but in that area somewhere. I believe it was a little to the right and to the down, but I could be entirely wrong. ^^;

Lol, I thought the door was exactly where I entered the cave! Silly me.
