...I think I'm going to set about making myself a deck of Aveyond playing cards. I did it for my friend's birthday once with Harry Potter...

(They end up being cool to look at but very impractical for playing with, BTW.)

Actuay Tshirts and Mugs are quite easy to get. And hats, unless you're all talking about hats shaped like the characters' heads.

You can just buy iron-on sheets and print out AV stuff then iron it to shirts Mugs are harder, but I know there are shops that can take special print orders on mugs.

CafePress lets you put your own designs on stuff, markup the prices according to your own desires, and sell to people. They have mugs, shirts, jackets, buttons, magnets, cards, bags, clocks, and all kinds of other things you can add designs to.

I actually like collecting shirts of all of my favorite game companies. I'm tempted to make an Amaranth Games one. But will that be considered copyright infringement if I made one just for myself and not sell it? o_o
