I have played LoT through twice and did much better on the second time through. I missed the Catacombs the first time, did not see that gate and did not check the map! Anyway, the second time I missed redeeming Gladamere's soul, somehow I thought I could come back.

I also missed one of the boarded up caves? Will this missed quest and boarded up cave still be there in GoN? I can play LoT again if need be, the game is very enjoyable and I have time to kill until the release of GoN. I may wait for any patches or new builds first, tho.

PS - could we add a forum for "granny gamers"? I like that designation!

All the boarded up caves can be accessed in GoN.

As for the Gladamere's soul quest, I'm not sure if that one will still be there when you return to Ghed'ahre.

A patch for LoT is still a few weeks away yet, so don't hold out waiting for it.

If I didn't use the Bomber eggs in the Lord of Twilight and open the boarded caves, will I still be able to do this in Gates of Night? Because I relied on the Autosave and when the game ended, the autosave saved the ending and I didn't have any save files and I also didn't want to start from the beginning, so I was wondering whether I could still access the boarded entrances (for example, the one in the Darkthrop Keep) with the Bomber eggs in Gates of Night.

Hi im halfway through LoT and as far as i know didnt miss anything so far. But I was just wondering whether there are things that you can achieve only in this chapter of the game. For example quests like reclaiming the stolen soul.

Well, there are some quests in LoT that can only be finished in Chapter 2.

The stolen soul can be reclaimed in Chapter 1.

And the stolen soul is not reclaimable in Chapter 2 when you finally return to Ghed'ahre, so you have to accomplish it while you are still with Te'ijal and Galahad in Ghed'ahre.

exactly that is so right... that quest is miss able. what I wanna know is are there any othere things in LoT which are quite missable like above quest??
