Has anyone ever had a dream in which you were the opposite sex? This happens to me all the time.

Last night I had a dream that I was this guy who was trying to convince his ex to get back together with him. Apparently they had been engaged, but he had gone home to help his family with their farm (it was the late 1800s), and some disaster had happened with their crop so he couldn't go back and meet her at the time he had promised. He wrote her a letter, but she never got it, so she broke up with him.
Then, later in the dream, I was her instead of him.
I really wanted to find out what happened, but of course my alarm clock rang right before she gave him her answer!

It was kind of like watching a movie, since I could see it from different perspectives, and it was also like reading a book, since I was inside the different characters' heads.

Well i had my recent accident as my dream!!!!
It is horrifying me every time!!!

Well there was only one difference in my dream......!!!!
Which i still LIVE now!! But i DIE in my dream!!!!

ITS GETTING REALLY WORSE FOR ME!!!!

And this dream keeps repeating from the day i had this accident!!!

Hmm... Last night I dreamt that I was RPing with Wildstorm, MW, Ally, Bemused, and some other people I can't remember... It was cool. We went into a temple, freaked out the evil god, and had to save the one person we accidentally left inside when we all ran away. It was sorta creepy. (And it was definitely an ugly looking demon, I can tell you that. )

I was there? I don't remember that part.

Lately my dreams are all getting their characters set up in a menu. It's wierd just at that place between wake and sleep, my mind goes over the menu and sorts things out then I wake up. Too much Aveyond.
@Kis, I never had an accident, but I have died in my dreams many times. Once in a plane crash, once in a train, once a in a car that hits a train, many times in a car that goes over a cliff. These ones are still fresh in my mind years later. So much for that theory that if you die in your dreams you die for real. However, I wasn't as scared of death after I had these dreams. It may just be your minds way of trying to cope with death and your accident.

Last night I dreamt that I was walking with the SnowQueen,Ahriman,Allybandy,Pandaba,Hui,Catchoun and I THINK that Iya and Ean were there too.It was nice.We were all planning on going on a picnic with the Oracle and Rhen Pendragon.(I don't know how that cropped up in my mind,I mean she's dead now!!)We were in a hilly region and I fell down the hill and Iya used some spell and saved me....I woke up after that so I don't know what happened after that

Otherwise I probably don't have anything to add to this topic because I veeeeery rarely remember my dream; maybe only once a month or so

Last night, I dreamed about me and some friends going on an adventure. I was a spellcaster in the dream. Its quite a fun dream, casting magic and healing my friends like in the Final Fantasy game

Then, I met up with all sorts of people. Half-Beast, Half-dragons and whatsoever X.X
Feels like I'm in Neopia.

I'm glad this topic is back. Here are some dreams I've had in the past..

I dreamed that a couple pairs of VERY expensive shoes showed up, I wore them, and bragged to all of my friends about it. Ever since that dream, I have wanted those shoes. @__@

Another dream I had a couple of nights ago was very.. mixed up. I knew a few people older than me, and I went on vacation. They had come, too. The place we went for a vacation was beautiful; with a warm island in the south and snowy mountains in the north. Anyway, those friends of mine took a helicopter (made of snow.. o__O) to go to a cave in those mountains. I spent the entire dream looking for them. ;P

I don't know if anyone here watches Torchwood or Doctor Who, but I've had a few dreams involving characters from them.

The other dreams I've had involved just the characters Jack and The Doctor. Jack is a big time flirt. Female, male, he doesn't care as long as it's sentiant, breathing, adult, and consenting. Well, in these dreams Jack and I fight over my low self esteem. (Cause I'm fat.) While we sit there fighting "I'm fat, therefore I'm ugly!" "I've been on planets where you'd be considered anorexic!" "Well, this is EARTH and I am UGLY!" "NO YOU ARE NOT!" - The Doctor is eating popcorn and getting greatly amused.

I don't even know why - Jack is totally not my type.

Lately my dreams have been really dark. I can't spend one night without dreaming of grief or death. 'course I got some nice dreams sometimes - when I don't dream at all - but it's mostly bad dreams...

My scarymost one was yesterday, though. Dreamt I was chasing some members of some dangerous cult (thank Mythra ), with swords...It ended up as usual, I died.

It's strange that you almost all die in your dreams...
I never die in mine. I don't know how I do that but everytime I dream of someone who wants to kill me, it stops just before "the end" and I go back some time earlier in the dream and replay it again and again, changing little by little details in order this dream to be supportable.
I don't really know how my unconscious mind does that, but it works...
However it doesn't when it's not for me, I mean when I dream these kind of things for my parents, or so... Then there are really BAD dreams and I always wake up almost crying...

In fact... I used to have a little crush on the most recent "re"incarnation... then I had a dream that I was him. That ruined the crush.
I've died a lot in my dreams. One time, I was eaten by a humpback whale sized shark.

I've had lots of dreams where I fall off cliffs... I always wake up before I hit the bottom, my body really hot and my breathing fast. Well, that's to say, I have those when I wake up from REM and can actually remember them. Usually I can't remember the slightest detail, so it seems like I don't dream at all. I have the feeling I always do, though...

You know, I don't think I've ever had a dream i which I died.

Other people have died in mine, though. For instance, one of my best friends. And one of my least favorite classmates.

My dreams are weird.

I've died in a few of mine. Horror movie style though. Psycho killer in a mask, vampires, zombies, that sort of thing.
