Where are the dresses delivered to once you buy them? Do you have to have Pemberly Keep?
Also, which towns have dress shops? I know of Aveyond and Stormbend, but I can't find one elsewhere...

You missed: Tar Vedron, Venwood, Faiara, Ghed'ahre.

If you mean all from a shop, no. You can choose only one from a shop.
