1. Y'need to buy the Faux Key from the Item Store (aka Junk Store where the rare items are).
2. Look at the foot prints that are at the crime place, then, take the 2 pairs of bots from the house (Ulf's one, and his borther's one).

And make sure you have the music box, that's important.

You also need to talk to the Orc standing at the crime scene (those steps need to be in a certain order). You need to help Ulf before you can get the key.

3. And there's Pearl, Flame Diamond, and Sun Diamond.

Just look at the footprints, and take the two pair of bots that are in the house.

Go in his house and take his and his brother's boots. Edward will compare. Then,go at inversigators office

when i go into the house n click the boots it only says you see lage muddy boots, you see small clean boots
