One, obviously is with Heptitus.
Once you have your ship, you can visit three other areas previously inaccessible. You can get one quarter key from somewhere in each of these three areas (so if you've been to Tar Vedron and Dragkthor and searched through all the surrounding areas and didn't get a key, you need to go back and look some more)

There is no correct order between the pirates and heptitus. you can do one or the other first.

I have 3 Quarter key and the last is in Orc Kingdom. I have thrown out from the castle and can't go inside. I try to pass but the guard said only "move along" What should I do?

You need to do the glue quest from Gepetto. And you need to have Ulf in your party.

I cant get the last quarter key, ive already done the glue quest and put the guard to sleep. ive been thrown out like a million times every time i try to take the quarter key. what do I do?

hi i really like to play this game and by now i have 2 quarter keys
im in faiara and i have some subquest i cant find the answer to so can anyone pls tell me how can i get "butterfly wings...... magic mushroom ..........and fairy dust" im really stuck plsssssssss help  and i wanna say i like this game so much i played it all and cant wait till november for "The Lost orb" to come out  Best Regards
