Ok I've gotten this far with no goodies at all but am getting really frustrated. Can someone please tell me where to find goodie caves or a link? Need all the help I can get to get through some of these!

U have 2 find them on ur own but I will tell u that there is a hint on where they r if u look at the maps

If you want their exact location, I'm afraid that we're not encouraged to reveal them. Just give a peek to the Strategy Guide, and look at the maps, their location is marked there.

Well I haven't tried to find them yet but incase i DO need to, are you referring to the Strategy Guide sold at BF Games? Or is it a topic here?

The maps here have them marked very subtly - if you don't know what you're looking for, it will take a while to find them. If you DO know what you're looking for (what mark has been used), it will make it slightly easier to find them.
The BFG strategy guide has the locations revealed - no hints, no working it out yourself - they're not quite big flashing arrows pointing to the location, but they may as well be

i will give you the locations only
1. weapon goodie in south thial mountain 2. armour goodie in north thial mountain 3. level goodie in north shadow wood forest 4. gold goodie in brightwood forest 5. spell goodie in stormbend/sinoa plains or you can use google to search and hopefully you can find the exact maps .

 . thial mountains are big enough to explore . also shadow wood forest, brightwood forest and other places.
