@binas: that's still painful as one still needs to rework the pics to show that if they wanted it displayed. Especially since AP, the way its built, does not have an easy way to show large numbers.
And showing levels onscreen is very tedious. I mean, I know how to put an exp bar onscreen and the code was messy.

how about in the save menu after you save. thats where it shows class.

save menu- i'm not sure its possible to manipulate that. i never encountered any code that would let you change anything about the save menu.

hmmmm... maybe just look for avalible space. thats what i do when im doing something on lego mindstorm robots for tech. class. sorry ifoff topic but it was an example.

lego mindstorm robots is very different from rpg2k3. The two are not interchangeable.

I hope it comes out soon. It just needs better graphics. If it was more like the Aveyond games, that would be way cool.

they wont change the format, just clean up the stupid bugs like walking up walls and invisable barriers.

helow there everyone!!! may i know what is the difference between ahriman v1 and ahriman v2? Do they have the same plot? Or it was just the graphics that have changed?

well one MAJOR diffrence is the fixes and changes like i heard people say that the grapics where pretty disorganited (trying to be poliet). and this is what is going on here we are trying to get an APv3 (Armiham's prophecy verstion 3. sorry if spellig proplems but working on it.)

@binas: what graphics are you referring to? The game's graphics work well enough with their respective versions.
As for fixes- between APv1 and APv2xx, it's less fixes and more like total revamping from the ground up.

like the devin ones where the ones i saw the most being complianed about. like his faceset didn't match his charater at all (vise versa). and for fixes i mean like the crashes that happen in v1 dont happen as often in v2.2.

v1 and v2.xx are practically different games if you look at the coding. v1 is simple coding while v2.xx is a monster of custom coding. Hence why v2.xx tends to crash more than v1: v2.xx's coding is sometimes too much for the game engine to handle.
Since they have such drastic game changes, fixes in v1 doesn't translate into fixes for v2. Furthermore, I don't recall any major bug attached to v1, even when v1 was the only version available. Also, the faceset/charset has been a problem for the AV games also. For example, teijal's hair doesn't match her char set.

that happens on accident. i hope the tileset and event bugs that you halpped fix for indivduals will be fixed in AP V3.

I have a pretty awful memory, but I had come here to ask a question that I think was pretty much answered as soon as I read the first post to this topic.
I vaguely remember either sending an email or starting a topic a few years ago where Ms. Fitch said she was planning on remaking this game. whether or not she did say it, I guess it's not going to happen quite that way. Are you planing to make the menu & hotkeys function more Aveyond-like? Will it be free or buyable? I always though AP was fun enough to pay for, so I totally would.

It will stay freeware like it always has been. This game was made with a really old game engin (RPG Maker 2000/3). Unfortunetly the only copies out there are pireted so I belive Rosebroken got speical permission to use it. As for Aveyond like stuff the answer told 1000 times is no. Try impling things that aren't AV related like more speical items like a stone that will let you jump (I created the event for it but there is a script for it that I perfer not to use).
