I hope you enjoy it! I have so much fun hunting down neat games that you can't get at the usual places. This is the first game by Olivair Games.

Well,I will try the demo. Aand I watched teh Video and saw some Screenshots. So far I liked it. I will judge by plot,system and characters. ^.^

awww this game looks so nice on the video..still have to try it. I'm kinda scared of RPG's now..after paying for Hero's quest sheesh

MoonPrincess, if a game is too short, I would ask for a refund. Also, now that we have these forums, feel free to post your review for all to see. I am going to enable comments under games in the near future. Maybe I can add a field like "time to complete" etc.

I did the beta testing for Eternal Twilight and believe me this game is anything but short.

How long was Hero's Tales, MoonPrincess?

@amaranth well it all depends on how does someone plays the game. I mean, there were people who skipped all side quests in AV:LOT and used goodies so finished the game for 6 hours.
I bet there are people that can't finish Hero's Tale for 8 hours at least. I'm supporter of game makers especially indie/RPG game makers, so no refunds please
What I didn't like were the short maps (1 window long o.o), no character development, almost none interactions between characters, dull story, lame quests and no challenging game at all.

I just wish that these guys see my opinion and try to make a better game next time. It really seems that they haven't seen another RPG game (yours , Indinera's, elder's, Final Fantasy and other old school RPG games)*points at the maps that are 1 window big in Hero's Tale* O.o

I like the idea of putting comments under games though

I'm not sure I've played Hero's Quest before!
Although I can assure you that Eternal Twilight has at least 20 hours of game play. (Or more, depending on if you do the extra quests or not.)

Is there any chance the creator of the game eternal twilight could add more save points to the game? I hate it when I beat a boss or its minion and can't save afterwards. if for some reason I die fighting at another scene it means I have to start way back in the beginning, wherever the save point might have been at. Thank You!!!!

Where do I get the bombs for the cave?

You can find the Old Shield on the wall to the far west in the bandit's hideout. Then give that to the mayor of Foxton. He will give you the Shiny Cross. Give the shiny cross to the priest in Emvale, and he will give you Explosive Powder.
Be sure to buy the lamp from the Merchant in the Emvale pub/inn as well!

'allo! i have a bit of a question as regards getting the key for the tropic islands. i've collected everything i thought was available with swimming and using joelle's weather spell and all... but there's one island i can't get to, it's the one that has the small red chest on it. i'm almost 1oo percent sure that that's where the tropics key is, but i can't reach it by land or see. any hint about that would be much help!
