I'm stupid and need you guys' help with tablets and stuff ._.

So, I'm planning to buy a tablet(a wacom one), and I'm wondering if wacom tablets can work on netbooks that don't have a CD/DVD drive.
I've tried googling it, and it just shows product information :I

That would be hard because a Wacom tablet's installer comes in a CD. You should probably go to the Wacom's help directory and ask the company if there's any other way to install a Wacom.

Well, any modern stuff usually just DL's the drivers from the net anyway.
but if not...
Do you have access to another computer that has a disk drive?
a lot of cd ripping/copying programs will let you copy the .iso file that's basically everything on the CD.
And then you can use 7-zip or another unpacking program to turn the .iso into a regular folder.
copy that folder on a flash drive & you'll be able to access the files from the driver CD and install it.

well, I know that my tablet came with a cd good for windows xp, so i just downloaded the driver for windows 7...

which is to say that I'm pretty sure you can just download the driver from here:

http://www.wacom.com/downloads/drivers.php

and the tablet itself just needs a usb.

(but there might be something else you get from the cd that you can't get from the site?)
