I'm not sure this is the right place to put it, but anyways . . .


There's a boy at my school. He follows me around. He stares at me. He tries to get close.

Now this doesn't sound bad. But he does it to others, too.

For example, he follows me and my friend around every recess. We'll be standing in the hallways, he'll push past people to get to us.

That's not all of it. He's been stalking one of my friends for five years. She's talked to adults about this. They've talked to the boy but that just makes it worse.

If we talk to him ourselves, he comes up with (stupid) excuses. For example, "I was looking for the best plant for my story!" or "I was trying to find the glove I lost!" (Even though he's wearing both of them). Those are real examples. Real things he's said.

And if we're outside and there aren't any teachers looking, he'll try to jump on the nearest person in sight. Then he calls it an accident.

I won't say anything else, other than he goes under tables and stares at people's . . . you know. I know that because I dropped my pencil once and had to go down to get it. He was sitting on the floor staring and some of the girls (we don't have desks, just tables to sit at).

So please tell me what I should do about this! I need help . . . really badly!

You should definitely talk to adults again. Does your school have any police officers that you could speak with?

Have you just talked to teachers? Or have you talked to the principals? If you've just talked to teachers, I suggest going to a principal. If you've already talk to them all, talk to them again.

You just need to make it clear that this is a problem, and they need to do something.

Sounds like he might have a crush.... either contact an adult and say he is harassing you or, affront this predicament with the person starting it...I mean a real foolhardy talk.

Indra, I suggest doing what Mopiece said. You do need to tell any police officers in the vicinity about this problem unless the school authorities fail to do anything substantial. Also, have you talked to your parents about this? It might be better if you and your friends' parents talked collectively to the school principal and teachers about this. Then they have to take some sort of action. If even that does not work (although I think it should) then go with your parents and/or friends to inform the local police. If he does all that, he might be mentally unstable or he is purposely being a pervert. >.>

Hmmm....you say he does this to others too? Then I don't think its a crush. I agree with Val. He sounds like a pervert to me.....a perverted playboy may I add.....cuz you're saying he does this to others too.

I agree 100% with Mopiece. The first thing to do is tell your parents....cuz you said that he makes excuses everytime you ask him right? Tell your parents, then your teachers. If that doesn't work, the school principal. And if that doesn't work....the police.

I agree with Mopiece. You need help with this boy. You can't solve this problem on your own. Talk to your parents, talk to your teachers, talk to your principal, and talk to any school counselors you might have. This boy sounds like trouble and some sort of intervention needs to happen. The boy's parents need to be aware of his behaviour and perhaps the boy needs some counseling too.

What it comes down to is that you (and your fellow classmates) should feel safe at all times while at school rather than watching out for him.

Beat him and hit him until he die!!! Then he will leave you alone...You're welcome!

I agree with mopiece. Perhaps the adults didn't think it was a serious problem.

You have to get them to understand the seriousness of the situation.

I also advise not to approach him as he sounds unstable as is.

I agree with Ktc. You shouldn't approach him at all. In fact, try to avoid him.

Avoid him. if you're scared, stay in groups. tell a teacher, adult or someone else. maybe, you could have a teacher or other adult watch him like a hawk. Follow him at a distance, or have them keep an eye on him. maybe this kid needs to be supervised 24/7, lest he do something terrible.

I've talked to adults more, talked to him (pretty harshly, so he couldn't deny it), and done a bunch of other stuff.

He still does it a bit, but it's a ton less than before (he usually avoids me now).
