I could'nt notice the amount of side quests there were the only one I remember completing was the Thread Quest. My question is what side quests have I missed?

These are the ones I remember:
Gather dirty laundry, Veldarah Bug extermination, Veldarah Fan for a lady in Sedona Quill for writer, Sedona Repair broken sword station in Dire Woods Deliver Gregor's manuscript to the publishing house in Veldarah Truth mirror, Mysten Far Thread for Fates, Dreamland And of course, the gifts for the girls.
