Hey I created a ship sprite with the ship tileset in photoshop but when I put it in and tried to move it, it wouldn't work. Does anyone know what I can try to make it work?

Well, first of all, the ship as it is now can only go up. That is because you did not change the three last rows. (Just take a look at other sprites)

Just a question: But did you try it out on 'water'? Since you added it as a character, it can't move on water. You'll have to change that in the database.

Well I haven't done making it be able to go sidewards yet, and I don't think I need the sideways motion.
Also I did try it out on water as a character and forgot to change the database. Thanks the thought of changing the database never crossed my mind! It is working now!
