According to the Masterguide, there are five. Check the guide for a list of the guilds and their locations.

After getting Jack, continue with the storyline quest.
Yes you can. See the pirate just outside Candar city.

i don't see the pirate outside the city. how can i do? or what should i do to meet the pirate? what are the process to get the ship/

The pirate doesn't show up until after you get the Death Relic in the Underworld.
