I got everything right but the vehicals keep glitching up and ending up where they first started. And the rowboat always appears where you get off or the area becomes passable when it's not suppose to be. Help!

passabilities (0 and X) do not work with the vehicle system. You need to use terrain tags instead.
You'll have to be more specific with the other problems - it sounds like maybe switches and variables are not getting set correctly. Go through the instructions and ensure you've set everything up the way it says.

I copied everything from terrain tags to switches/variables (had to move them due to a lot of switches/variables already in place for quests).

then that's probably where you've gone wrong. I'd say there may be somewhere in the scripts, or on the events, where you've failed to change one or more.

Well I guess my game will have it replaced with good old fashioned teleportation crystals instead of the script. Maybe if I create another game it will use it.

If you do that, it might be wise to keep all the events and switches just as they are in the vehicle system, and then add your own around them, so there's no need to change any of it.

I've run into the same problem... but I used the vehicle script after I started creating my game, so I'm sure that the switches are not lined up correctly...
I'm planning to restart the game... (I wasn't that far into it...)

Keep in mind that you can have 2 sessions of RMXP open (Old game, New game), and copy objects(maps, events, etc..) from one to the other.
Should save you a bunch of time.
