Hmmm...I'd say the only way one would get kicked out of a guild would be by breaking a rule that would get them kicked out of Amaranthia altogether.

@flute: As argoyle said, you can get kicked out if you don't follow the rules.
Several members in fact were kicked out because they were caught spamming the cottages/collegiums.
