I used to be making a game called Angel's Curse. But I decided not to, and skipped to the sequel.
But... here is the story of Angel's Curse!
The sequel is a game (an RPG) called Warlock's Pendant.

Light isn't always a blessing... it is sometimes a curse

Prolouge
(used to be the intro)

The angel moved sliently across the floor. She picked up her pace as she manuvered through the castle. Finally, she entered the room where the Head Angel, Lady Tek, was standing. She was sitting down, looking around the room with a bored exspression on her face.

"La.. Lady! Lady!" The angel called. Lady Tek turned her gaze to the angel. "What is it, Havavail?" she asked.

"I must warn you... for... I have seen...." stammered Havavail.

"What have you seen, Havavail?" Lady tek asked, sharply and loudly.

"I... I saw... this... this year...."

"WHAT will happen this year?" Lady Tek said, almost roaring.

Havavail aproached Lady Tek and whispered something to her. "Then, we must prepare." Said Tek angrirly. "I will not allow my place of power to be taken from me, let alone by a non-angel!"

See, it becomes important later on. You don't really need to pay attention to much of it, but the last line; "I shall not allow my place of power to be taken from me, let alone by a none angel!" is very important when you get to the actual plot. Thanks for commenting, by the way.
P.S.- the conversations may be a bit odd, remember this was orginally going to be a game.
Also, the chapters may be kind of short.

Chapter 1

Henlore quickly climbed out of bed. While some people may be dissapointed or annoyed or have some negative feeling towards the first day of the school year, Henlore was eager and ready. He could finally go to GoldenVine academy, and learn to be a Mage. (Not to mention get away from his mom for a little while...)

"Oh, hi honey!" his Mom said when he left his room. "Hi Mom... could you please not call me that?" he said, a little embarassed at his mom calling him, 'honey'. Honey was something you put on bread, not something you called someone. "Call you what, honey?" She's doing it again... Henlore thought to himself. "Call me honey." He said. "I am calling you honey, honey." A-yi-yi, I didn't mean THAT. "I meant... don't call me honey." Henlore's mother, who was a bit annoyed at Henlore's beahvouir... But he is sixteen, after all... decided he was going off to the academy and she shouldn't put a damper on his day by scolding him or doing it again, "Oh sorry, honey. " She said. Henlore looked a bit angry at her doing this; "Oops.".

End of Chapter

She woke up, screaming. This was it. She had to get going. Somehow, she had not woken anyone up. She quietly stepped out of bed, walking into the warm streets of Flimae. The streets were empty, and the town was small, but she had lived here for years. Ever since… she tried to let that memory fade away. Where will I go? She asked herself, the part of her that wanted to stay-- but that was overwhelmed by the part of her that was determined to go. Hengray. She thought. Yes, I will head for Hengray.

And so, Katee Merville, having no idea what would happen next, left for Hengray village. She never knew that she would not reach there, until years later…
