I myself am a big fan of Merlin, Doctor Who, and Glee. I think these are my top 3 TV series. ^^

I also enjoy the Big Bang Theory, though I don't make a point to see it when it airs. I'm sure there are other shows I like to watch, I just can't think of them at the moment. ^^

Criminal Minds and NCIS are my fav TV show at the moment. I like them because the interaction between characters are awesome. Rather than try to 'wow!' with techy things and bodies like in CSI (who often get things horribly wrong. Brains are NOT that white or hard to cut. What are you cutting, rubber?!) CM and NCIS carry themselves through the interactions.

Garcia and Abbie are the best ^_^

NCIS is pretty good too. ^^ I'll watch that sometimes, though I don't really catch them in order. Abby is awesome.

I used to really like House as well. But somewhere last season I was just all 'meh' about it and stopped watching.

I like Merlin as well, although I'm still working my way through the first season with my sister. It kinda turned me off when I found out Morgana turns evil, since she's my favorite character. We'll see how well I like it when that happens.

I absolutely love Doctor Who. So long as you're talking about the current version, not the one that aired a long time ago. I recently finished the fourth series (poor Donna! And Rose...) and am going to start on the specials and the fifth series soon. I'm disappointed that I'm approaching the last of David Tennant's episodes. Even though I love the series, I do have a lot of complaints, however. I feel like, at least of the first four series, there has not been a completely quality season. Each one has at least one extremely flawed episode, and the first two-parter of the series is almost always weak. The first season's Slitheen two-parter, while it introduced Harriet Jones (whom I love and greatly mourned in "The Stolen Earth"), was not particularly strong outside of Rose's interaction with her mother and Mickey. The Cybermen episodes in Season Two were better, but once again best at the personal moments between Rose and her family. They were certainly not the best. Season Three had the awful, awful, awful "Daleks in Manhattan." The only thing I liked was the familiarity of the setting; I kept thinking "I've been there!" 'Course, I could say that about the London episodes as well, so it wasn't much of a victory. The Sontaran storyline in Season Four was also really stupid, and Martha was criminally underused and simultaneously used incorrectly, which I hated. Season Three is probably the weakest of them all, when I think about it. While it did give us "Blink," it was generally horrible. (I can't complain about the Harry Potter shout-out in the Shakespeare episode, however!)

I used to like Glee. I watched it religiously through the first season and up until the horrible Rocky Horror Picture Show episode, then casually watched the rest of the season. I hated it, so I haven't watched the third season at all. If someone tells me that it's as good (or, heaven forbid, better!) than the first thirteen episodes of Season One, then I'll probably try it again, but as it is... meh. I'm actually sad that this wasn't just a miniseries that ended at the thirteen (because that was an AMAZING ending) or a British series where that would have been the definitive end of the season. Nothing since then has lived up to those first thirteen (although I could have done without the awful fake baby storyline). So yeah. My thoughts on Glee.

On the subject of crime dramas, I'm not generally into them. They're so typical and so obvious, I hardly ever invest myself in them because they always seem so generic. However, in that genre I enjoy Castle and the recent Grimm, both of which have twists. In my opinion, they really need twists.

My favorite shows (labeled finished, ongoing, and British) are, in order:
1. Pushing Daisies (canceled)
2. Firefly (canceled)
3. Downton Abbey (British, ongoing)
4. Doctor Who (British, ongoing)
5. Avatar: The Last Airbender (finished)
6. Once Upon a Time (ongoing)
7. Hannah Montana (finished)
8. Ugly Betty (finished)
9. Dollhouse (finished)
10. Burn Notice (ongoing)

About Merlin: Well, you still have quite a way to go before Morgana turns crazy evil, so enjoy the first couple seasons, at least. Honestly, I like Morgana more now that she's evil. ^^

Though, I must admit, I think everyone is holding the idiot ball when it comes to Merlin's powers. I want someone/more people to find out sooo badly, it's not even funny.

I really want Arthur to find out. (I only feel comfortable saying this because you -know- he's going to be the last person to find out. And likely only near the last episode.)

I've heard from people that the series has recently been setting up for Arthur to find out. Since I haven't seen recent episodes I wouldn't know, but that's what I've heard.

Yeah, but there is one more series/season left. I could have sworn a recent episode was setting up Gwen to find out, but that never happened. >,> It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't find out yet.

@ipink: How's Once upon a time? The whole "fairy tales/real life" take on it is intriguing to me but I haven't been able to watch it yet.

My fav TV show of all time is Xena. I grew up watching it and she's still one of my heroes. It's also the only one my family has the entire show on DVD. One of these days, i'm gonna go do a Xena Marathon *dreams* X3

Anyone seen sherlock yet? I really wanna watch it since I'm a sherlock fan.

@iPink

I started watching Once Upon A Time a couple weeks ago. I like it. I didn't think it'd be that good given the premise.

@KTC

It's on Hulu if you have spare time. I say it's worth the time to give it a shot.

@KTC: Once Upon a Time is really interesting. Once you get past the inherent cheesiness, it's just a really fun show to watch. The storylines have more depth than you might expect, and the fairytale characters are given intriguing (if not entirely plausible) back stories. And the actress who plays the Evil Queen is basically awesome. If you liked Lost then you'd probably like this one, although they're pretty different in their own ways. It's definitely not a show for everyone (but I'd at least try past the pilot -- the second episode is much better).

Sherlock is somewhere on my list. I still haven't gotten around to it, but the short length of the series and the fact it's on Netflix mean that I'm definitely going to watch it.

I'm kind of turned off Xena by the name alone. Is it on Netflix? I might try it if so.

I might have to give Once Upon a Time a try myself. I know I really wanted to see it when I saw the ads for it, and then I never actually watched it... I have no idea why.

In other news, Glee's on tonight! And next episode Sam is returning! And then there will be Samcedes! Yay!! (I'm a shipper, what can I say. ^^ )

@ipink: You've never heard of Xena? It was big during the 90s.

It's about an Ex-warlord trying to make amends for being very evil in her past. Very loose historical action fantasy sprinkled with cheesy fighting scenes, godly hijinks, a sidekick whose clothes get smaller as she learns to fight better, and morality XD

Well I like The Tudors (you didn't see that coming, heh? xP) an True Blood. That's about all American/British series I watch(ed).

Once Upon a Time sounds very interesting though. I'll watch it if it ever airs here. ^^

I do of course watch a lot of Flemish TV series. My favourites are Halleluja! (about an angel and a devil trying to win a woman over to their side), Buiten de Zone (a show aimed at teenagers about a bunch of teenagers dreaming their days away) and Kulderzipken (a show aimed at children in a mediaval/fairytale setting).

Finally! A tv club!! <3<3<3

I'm a fan of ugly betty and project runway ^^ Also used to watch Survivor when I was a kid =P

I occasionally watch Pushing Daises(?) & Monk if they're on tv. Pushing Daises' interesting; I might catch up with it if I'm finished with my current one.

Also, I'm hooked on the Iryu series. ^田^ Usually medical dramas are rarely entertaining but this one even beats House. ;D

I was a bit turn off on the first few episodes (esp with the huge difference in the manga; i.e.: Kato & Kirishima dating, Kito's gender change, Miki a bit of a Mary Sue etc) but I was glad Kihara's character was made to be a comic relief. He's actually more likeable in the drama than the manga (and less of a dasdard). @_@ Oh and the actors/actresses SO look like the ones in the manga! (Esp Noguchi!) >3< Currently watching Part 3 of the series.

@slimm: You like "sexy" television, huh? I can see how there's a certain appeal to The Tudors and True Blood. I tried watching The Tudors but, much as I love costume dramas, I found the gratuitous sex annoying. I'm fine if there's a purpose, but it seemed like the only reason it was there was to show skin. That's a problem with lots of premium cable networks.

@Ivana: I love Ugly Betty! That show was awesome, especially with the focus on fashion. I'd like to say it ended too soon, but to be honest it got a really good ending. Project Runway's good too, also for the whole fashion thing. Then again, its host person is extremely obnoxious.

You should watch Pushing Daisies. Every single episode of it is charming, smart, and lovely. This show truly DID end too soon. It only got twenty-six episodes.

@iPink: Well, in the case of the Tudors, I can see it have it's purposes (if only to prove how unfaithful everyone was in that time), why in True Blood, it's just plain sex because of it.

Oh, and though I never was able to see more than a few episodes, I loved Rome. Too bad, I never saw more than five episodes... Spartacus seems interesting too, but I missed the first episode and I hate butting in the middle of a serie. That's probably one of the reasons I have seen so less TV series (besides the Flemish ones).

Anyone seen The Borgias? I want to see it, but I'm frightened to see what they did to Cesare and Michelotte and well Lucrezia and Cesare's 'relationship'. I'm not sure if I'll be able to enjoy the series if they screw my vision on those matters up completely. Oh well, if I can handle Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, I should be able to watch it... I think.

@iPink

26 episodes only?! D: That's like, only 2 seasons! -0-!

Also I forgot what the show was called but it has something to do with interior designing. I've watched it occasionally on tv - the crew have only a limited time (1 or 2 days?) to buy the materials and do a makeover to the house. Somehow I love watching tv shows about fashion/interior designs, really gets me excited ^-^

I'm not sure if anyone heard of this but has any of you saw 'Extras'? It's a short tv show/(sitcom?) about the 'extras' in movies/tvs. There are special guests in the shows in each episodes and the actors/actresses act 'opposite' of what they are supposed to be. My favourites were the Orlando Bloom, Daniel Radcliffe and the Chris Martin episodes. xD I lol'd when Bloom said he hated Johnny Depp and when Chris Martin kept shamelessly advertising his new album. x'D

I just heard that Rachel sometime recently got suspended from New Directions on Glee. For some reason this makes me really want to see what led up to this, and it makes me want to watch Glee again. Which may or may not be a bad thing. For those who have seen this season, has the show improved from the Season Two? Are the characters consistent? Do storylines continue in practical and reasonable ways? Does Kurt (and Blaine) have a much smaller part (and are they less pathetically stereotypical)? Is it less preachy? Are the songs actually relevant to plot rather than simply the recent top ten hits? OH! Has Kristin Chenowith returned (I'll watch anything with her!)?

Oh, and Glee fans:

I'm thinking that this show looks like Glee except good.
