Just to say I finished playing this game and I absolutely loved it!

The gameplay is very original and refreshing, allowing for a more strategic planning of your course of action if you're trying to avoid touching Pinkie - the healing crystal!

The way it works is you travel through people's dreams finding objects that will allow you to progress further in another dream as the dreams are all intertwined!

You don't collect healing objects, rather you use them once you touch them - there are plenty scattered around on the ground though and if you can't manage it at first that's why Pinkie is there!

There's also a very handy auto-save feature and the monsters are all visible. There are even some Magical Hourglasses that allow you to bypass some regular or tougher bosses if you're not in a mood to fight them!

Finally, completing the game will get you awards/goodies with which you can play with in the following round!

 Re: Dreamscape
This game is an absolute winner and my favourite RPG of the year so far (along with TLO).

The concept is very unique, exploring various peoples dreams (as well as dreams within dreams) and I found the idea a refreshing change from the standard RPG's.

There is definitely a strategy to the game in order to have the perfect Dreamscape but once you resist the temptation to collect every health/mana replenishing item, you will find that there are ample supplies strewn throughout the environments.

The tilesets (especially of London) were stunning and beautifully rendered. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail of the design and music, really adding character and immersing me in this alluring fantasy world.

The puzzles were intriguing and fun. I normally get very frustrated with these but because the game was so engaging I pushed on and was wonderfully rewarded.

If you want to try something a bit different, give Dreamscape a go. It is a whole lot of fun and immensely enjoyable.

This is such a fabulous game. It is so different than other RPG'S. The graphics and music blended so well together. Each main character has their unique strengths. The humor/barbs that they exchange are brillant. You enter a dream within a dream and sometimes within a dream. It is loaded with various different challenges in each dream. If you take one dream at a time you will conquer that dream. This is a dream that you really should enter. It is really an out of the box RPG.

I loved this game. The graphics, music and characters were amazing but the ending was so lame and that's why I only gave it 8.

 Re: Dreamscape
Dreamscape is a nice and unique game, the unique features of this game doesn't let you confound this game with any other rpg game that you've played, and myself... as a fan of Aldorlea Games can't let it pass without my comment.

Story: The story was simple yet unique, because Erin (the main character) wants to find her boyfriend, but her friend got lost in the world of dreams and the only way to find him is to venture in the dream of everyone you meet, yes, you explore dreams of other people and it's so cool because the device that allows Erin to do that is a magical headphone, what a brilliant mind Indinera have to come up with these things. Will Erin find her boyfriend? Well, play and find out.

Graphics: I'm always amazed of how good Aldorlea makes a good and nice mapping, specially with so beautiful tilesets, parts of the game like El Cairo and London are so beautiful to explore that you really won't wanna to stop playing the game. And the character artworks, simply gorgeous... Saehral (the same artist of Deadly Sin and Millennium games) made them, they are beautiful and well done, so real which enhcances even more the game experience. One more reason to like even more Dreamscape, its quality. ^^

Gampelay:
Unique, very unique. In addition of exploring people's dreams, another unique feature is that you collect items and use them imediatly. So you'll have to be wise when picking restorative items in the floor, because when you need you might want to go back and collect, you have to make your own strategy... making the game not too hard but also not too easy for everyone to enjoy. ^^

Music: The music is something very relaxing and pleasant because it's good and it fits every place you go, like the rainy and dark city of London, that eerie and mysterious music makes the experience of exploring the place much better, like if you are in the place. Also, there's a lot of other awesome musics in this game.

Well, that was my comment. I trully recomend everyone to download the game, it's cool, fun, full of humour, exploration, great graphics and unique features. Another awesome game by Aldorlea, well, Aldorlea always makes good games and you can bet that much better games are about to be released.

 Re: Dreamscape
This game had lots of potential, but it didn't really live up to it. Items being used as soon as they're stepped on (combined with the whole peanalizing you for healing your party thing) felt unfair to the player. Plus, the ending was so weak - it was just boom, that's it, game over, whatever.

Such a nice game. I shall warn you that it took me 1000 years to finish. But it was definitely worth it. I love the story and everything and I mean everything!!!
