This is the best game engine ever! I really hate RPG Maker VX. I do not like iconsets and squashed characters.

when i created a new project there is an error. it says: "Failed to load actor data". what will i do to fix this?

It's a great game maker. I am making a game on it and it is speedier and easier than I thought. (not that I'm rushing, I would never do that!)

It is very easy. When you are connected, then just open the Program and it will work. I too had the same problem earlier

i downloaded this and RPG maker VX. There really is no differece. Juston XP the people are bigger. And Rpg maker VX is easier to use.

WHAT THE HECK?!?! I saved up sooooo long to earn the 60 bucks for this, and now it's available for THIRTY?!?! This is so unfair!

I really love this. I've had it for almost a year, and I spend at least 80% of my computer time on it. It rocks! It has a good amount of resources to start off, and it's so easy to import more.

I personally enjoy RMXP far over VX. I like the art style, music, and just the overall feel of it.

I have both, except my trial is up on the XP, while I still have it on VX. The only thing that's weird about VX is the tiny characters. This doesn't matter though, because of all the content!
There is enough, and I really like them.
If you're upset about the squashed people, make a game about dwarves!

I'm having a problem. I downloaded it and click on it to start it but it says I'm missing rgss104 is missing and I can get it from redownloading it. So I redownloaded it but it didnt work. Where can i find the Rgss104? Please help!

I really like the rpgmaker and I use it a lot. but I hate how you can't combine diffrent tilesets in one map (unoess you lmake your iown tileset. They could have given us more freedom with tghe telesets as welll (changing the size, color, position of an item)

Will this slow down the internet connection or take up to much space on my computer?

I've downloaded the maker and the RTP, and downloaded it. The site sends you an e-mail with the activation key, right? Yeah, well, i did the activation process and it said there was an error in the activation. What did I do wrong? Do I ahve to open the RTP first before I open the maker, or something?

I get to have my mum buy it finally. I downloaded the rmgvx trial last october. Now I get to have this for $30! If anyone knows of any good tutorial sites. I'd greatly appreciate if you mail me one.

Also. Does anyone know how to add events at the beginning of the game like in Aveyond? Or should I make the maps first?

I Think so that RPG maker VX is better because its fast but XP is even good as It has better tilesets as they say 'one thing can't have everything' If i could I'd have used 'em both, Right now I'm creating a Game and using XP. It's the best Software ...

I need major help. I was building a game on this and then when I tried it, my character couldn't move. I checked everything - the tilesets and the layers. I think it may be because of the scripts, but I don't know how to fix this! I can't move in every single game I created in the RPG Maker XP. Please, I need help now! I can't do anything if it is like this...

Two things-

1. I'm using a laptop. My laptop's keyboard works for everything but this.

2. I tried re-installing this, but my key work work and I can't unlock the full version. Now I'm stuck with an expired RPG Maker kit. This was my favorite, too.

How do I solve all of these problems?!?
