Okay, let me be honest: The graphs/tileset is not the best but I guess it is hard to find a good one for this classic medieval japanese style, the game is also too short, and just my personal opinion is that there is too much character death which you can't influence (to be more frank, no choices are given to player at all)
However, the story is great, that is a big bonus. Please consider gaining tips and hints from Skyborn as example for the sequel, ability to modify and craft items would be a great asset, also a better looking tileset would be nice. Topping would be ability to train skills and abilities more/better and be able to change/improve classes. Still, my score for the game is 6.5 of 10, and that mostly only because the good story and fresh setting, the negatives as stated above. EDIT: The fanboy in me would have wanted to just scream "this is epic, where is the sequel!?", but I restrained myself and gave a honest, objective review. I hope you don't think I am just an uneducated internet bully or something because of it. ![]() |

Prodigy of the North: Akatori

I'm looking forward to releasing the second game within the next few months, as this was supposed to be one big game but decided to split it up.
