 Re: Eternal Eden
Didn't like having to cover every square inch of the playing field to find goodies. Would like to be able to save at will. Found the bounty hunting frustrating -- didn't like having to cover the same ground again. Found it difficult to figure out and/or remember where the bounties were -- and finished the game without completing all the quests -- which is highly unusual for me. But overall I did enjoy the game enough that I am looking forward to Blossomsoft's next offering.

Amazing game! Loved the story and particulary the gameplay with really intelligent puzzles and quests. Not a single dull moment!

Can't wait for the sequel. Meanwhile, enjoying Dawn's light which is heavily inspired by this game.

Go to your bank and inquire about an ATM card with a VISA or MasterCard logo on it. These are accepted by most sites; Amaranth is cool, but be careful of what other sites you give this number to, as you are giving out access to your checking account! Best, TheLuckyOne

This is a great game.

I would recommend playing it before trying any other games made with Rpg Maker VX, 6 hours into the game and really enjoying it. Features classic rpg elements, a few interesting concepts and a twisting storyline that'll keep you guessing throughout the entire game.

9/10, can't wait for the sequel .

 Re: Eternal Eden
LOVE IT! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!!! What else can I say?

Even though I've played nearly the whole series of Aveyond and having Rhen's Quest as my introduction to the world of RPG, after I played EE, I just can't help myself but to say "Gosh! So this IS RPG!"@@

I was shocked by the music (P.S. love the music when fighting the father/God), the difficulty of puzzles, and the fantastic storyline. Also, I personally quite like the fact of having no random fights because I'm not very keen on fighting LOL

Anyway, REALLY looking forward for EE2=]

Hmmm . . .

I actually did not like the game at all. I thought that it was dull and that it didn't have an interesting storyline at all.

 Re: Eternal Eden
mm... overall the game was pretty fun, but I never finished it, the story didn't keep me hooked long enough... personally, I felt that maybe you should have something that doesn't require fighting. I mean, to me the game was like One Area: Fight a bunch of monsters, defeat the boss, hear a story, move onto the next area and repeat. It was just one boss fight after another.

 Re: Eternal Eden
the storyline stays pretty linear, and I hate the feeling you get when you enter a city (like in aveyond), but now the houses ,are in world map (detail). But I like the sidequests like bountyhunting and turtle racing, and the characters have realistic personalities

Ouahou! when we know what this is all about at the end! not acceptinh its guiltiness! Must have sense of orientation and visual memory to walk on a landscape with 2 visions. I was frustrated by having to go back to a places, Turtle Island.. I don't remember if I got all stuff here.

It makes us think in parallel if tthe universe is a dream!

 Re: Eternal Eden
@flyingfree You haven´t played it, have you? Only way than you couldn't have found anything is by not playing a second of it or intentionaly evading it.
There is a guide at the official forums.
Also, giving bad comments without explanation just to make others look better is bad.

Adam and Eve from the Bible much? Not saying it's a rip-off, just saying it seem pretty similar.

I really like this game. This is, what, my 10th favorite game ever? I wish it would continue - the story is awesome. I hated how you had to search the field for everything, though. Love the fact that you can see the enemy's movement. That helped a lot.

I totally love the characters, but I feel so bad for the sad parts. (I'm not posting them - those would be spoilers)

 Re: Eternal Eden
I'm currently replaying this in honor of the sequel (finally) coming out and now I'm kinda wishing I gave it a higher rating in my blog. It probably would have gotten a 4 1/2 or even 5 star rating except for two rather major things: 1, I hate having to backtrack to savepoints every time I want to save my game, and 2: there are some sexist jokes that I found offensive, as well as a dash of homophobia.

But other than that, it's an awesome game. There's a very interesting storyline, a large variety of puzzles, and a great levelling up system where the monsters aren't always respawning on you. Even when I've played it before, it still has this hold on me where I have a hard time quitting the game. I've got the sequel preordered - here's hoping it delivers.
