That happened to me too once my first time through, though it didn't happen after I tried again.This shouldn't be much of a problem.

And when are you going to return my money? Let me guess. Never. I have been waiting all this years and I m have grow impasient. Or you return my money, or you give me the real game or I will start a lawsuit against you, and not even the best lawyer you find will save you since there is enoug evidence to show how you stoled the money of lots of people in exchange of an s****, bugged and unfinished game.

My computer is slow (3 years old), and I too experience the lag (5-10 second waits) and game crashes that you describe. Other players with faster computers report no problems.

It seems there is something seriously wrong with the custom inventory script that runs when we try to use the "Items" menu or the "Crafting" menu. If your inventory is too large, the game will crash with the "Computer memory is full" error if you try to look at your "Items". The default inventory script provided by the game engine works fine, and this is what runs when you visit a shop/vendor or use items in battle. So if you would like to keep playing, go to a vendor and sell all your excess items. This didn't reduce the lag, but it did stop the game crashes for me.

Apparently it is a good idea to keep the very first armor that each character came with, for crafting later. I have not tested whether the armor crafting recipes actually work, though... I'm trying to get there as a summoner now. Many of the given crafting recipes don't work, which was a big disappointment, given how much patience is required to use the crafting menu.

If you've got a fast computer with a lot of RAM, this game is worth a try. On one hand, it's got a LOT of problems, a very rough finish. On the other hand, there's a lot to like including beautiful artwork, some challenging puzzles, and a very original (if sometimes a bit confusing) story. There are many hours of adventure packed into this game. My first play through took more than 60 hours.

Problem solved! TwinMatrix/AJ just sent me a new version that fixed it. He said that he managed to decrease the lag a lot by fixing a minor issue that he had overlooked before. There are some changes made to the menu... don't have to switch between left and right menu options anymore. The items and crafting options work like a charm now, yay! *runs off to play*

The crystal is property of Butterfly Queen Ayumi.
About the butterflies blocking the way, go to the Annata Woods and go to the cave where Helena was met.Go through the opening in there. Make your way through the cave and exit on the other side of the woods. Go west and enter another cave, but prepare to fight. You need dragonfly droppings and that is the only cave that has that. Fight the dragonflies, take the droppings, and leave the woods the way you came. Go to the butterflies and a small scene will happen when they leave. Go north and follow where the sign takes you. If you give Ayumi the crystal, you will be able to summon her. She will be helpful for a very long time. If you come to a place where butterflies are in in the cavern, go east to the queen. Give her the crystal. After using a teleporter up north beyond the butterfly blockade go east. Enter the caves. When you get the chance go south west as that is where she is. In the south west. Luckily she can heal you and cure poison. Go back the way you came to get out of the cave where you found the crystal. If you need more help ask me. To be honest, I was stuck for a month the first time I played through that area. You two are not the only ones who got stuck in Butterfly Hills.

However, have you gone to the Sweet Tower? Here's what you should do (you've probably done some of these steps already):

- On the world map, go north to the Gate of Seasons and check it for a cutscene.
- Go to the Lands of Love on the east part of the worldmap. Move forward to Valentown.
- Find the woodworker and talk to him.
- Go north, beyond Lands of Love again and enter the Sweet Tower.
- Do the dungeon here (just do a lot of exploration, jumping from balconies, climbing ladders, pulling switches, etc.).
- After finally restoring the Love Engine, return to the woodworker. He'll give you a Marionette Body or Head.
- Talk to him again for a quest that will give you items that greatly weaken the Merinthophobius.

Go out of the factory level 13 is too low to defeat him. Set course for Valentown and Sweet Tower. After saving the people you get a puppet body from the woodworker, but go to the Gate of Seasons first. Watch the scene. Go to Valentown and get new equipment. Find the northern Lands of Love and look for a pink tower. Go up the ladder and explore. If you encounter torches make a + sign with them. Go up and open any chest you see. If you see a pig run into a room, collect the sparkling object. Go to the first floor. Go down.
You must now fix the love engine. Here are your instructions:
*Flip all switches in sight.

*If you come to two puzzles, go to the portal one first. Step on the portal. Type:333154
*Explore the entire area.
*Go to the boulder puzzle.
*Push the boulders around to clear a path.
*If you see a switch, pull it.
*Heal up and save.
*Go in front of the exit and head north.
*You will see the engine. Watch the cut-scene.
*You will see a gray woman or a blond witch appear.
*If you see a gray lady go and level up to level
15 and if you see a blond witch level up to 14 and buy stuff that removes negative status affects.
*Go to the tower top and fight.Summon Queen Ayumi.
*Have Hellena cast her one target skills and attack. Melrose can deal damage with her summonings, attack skills and regular attacks.
*Have Diamond constantly heal everyone.
*After the fight, go back to the engine room and place the heart in there.
*Go to Valentown.
*Talk to the woodworker.
You now saved Valentown!
Collect 10 puppet woods and puppet strings and give them to the wood worker.Then level up to 16 or 17 and go the puppet master. Use one ebony string to silence him and summon the Queen.If he's not silenced, he'll be very rough on you because the problem is him reviving the puppets.
Diamond must heal.Hellena and Melrose attack. Fire magic is useful here.Kill him heal and explore. Get everything needed and go to the gate. The key to the mirror puzzle is :

To get to the inaccessible switch you must jump from a ledge further up in the tower. The fire must be +(plus shape). In the basement of the tower flip all switches. Try that, if it doesn't work go on the main website's forums. Unfortunately, Sweet Tower isn't my best dungeon. But, hopefully this will work.
