I played for 1 hour (free trial). Might be an interesting game -- but I can't get past the awkward, repetitive, uninteresting dialogue. Spelling mistakes are distracting. Maybe it's just my computer -- but the words fill into the dialogue box slowly -- making the experience even more painful.

It was made that way but can be changed by the player. In the options area you can change the setting so it runs faster as well as set it to auto dash.

The dialog at the beginning is long I admit, but after that it gets a lot shorter. Its worth the money I assure you. Ive had over 30 hours of play and still going on it.

Even my daughter who is modern day addict to game consoles, started playing and loves it.

The monster rate is high, but Ive had little trouble in fleeing when needed. Plus at the end some of the more powerful weapons are pretty high priced, youll appreciate having all those battles.

I agree! It does have some errors... not to mention the poor mapping and lack-luster dungeons. It seems more like a freeware game. The story is quite interesting though but the game on the whole needs to be more polished imo.

I was in the beta testing team too. Really sorry if we have missed some mistakes. And memphis, in the final version the battle rates are significantly reduced. The story of Eternal Twilight is really great, no RPG fan should miss it. I loved all the characters, each one of them have a unique story with unique abilities. Since there are 10 of them, it took me several weeks to play the game with different characters and see what they are capable of and what secrets they have. There are five continents, several towns, caves, ruins and dungeons to discover. The final boss and the ending was very impressive in my opinion.
