Wynterheart's Guild

Welcome, wanderer. You must have been traveling for many a weary day to reach this lonely place. A forest of pines surrounds the peak of the snow-covered mountains, and in this one is the last place one will find shelter before entering the barren wastelands at the end of the land.

Come, join the few inhabitants of this frosted place, the Dragon: Draytere Wynterbite, and the few Dwarves, Elves, and Humans who come here seeking solitude from the madness of their former lives.

The fires always blaze for those who need warmth, and the red wine and meat are not ever in short supply even in this wild place.

Perhaps you would visit even our most honored place: The Hall of Dragons Gone By. Here you will find likenesses of the great ones who have gathered here some time. New ones ever come, so return to find Dragons you have not yet seen....

The fearsome Lord Scautr. While he is reputed as one of the greatest, most fearsome dragons ever to have lived, his penchant for cold-blooded, catastrophic revenge mars his otherwise noble reputations.

Aran, the red Dragon of the peaks. A solitary creature, Aran stays out of people's way, even avoiding the company of other Dragons. The only people he will accept without flying off are those with the soul of a true artist, for he though he is a fearsome sight to behold, he is shy, and does not like those who are impatient and hasty.

Here's a fellow you don't want to meet on a dark night. Hom, he's called, and he makes his home in the fiery mountains of the east. He's quite a dragon socialite, and while he welcomes dragon visitors, he holds a grudge against humans, and won't hesitate to chomp down on the occaisional passerby. When he was just a young dragon, orphaned only twenty years after hatching, a group of men tried to kill him. He escaped, and has never like people ever since.

Now, meet his grouchy cousin, Bacriy. This fellow just plain doesn't like nice things. He's big, he's bad, and he's proud of it. When he was here we had to have our frost dragon blast him two or three times to stop him from setting fire to the antechamber! Stay out of his way if you meet him. He nearly munched an elf at the dinner table. Claimed he thought it was an appetizer.

This is Darille on the right, Skifrey on the right. They always argue, and Darille usually wins. He's one of the wisest Dragons around. Skifrey is a thinking Dragon as well, infinitely logical, but somehow Darille's wisdom always undermines his logic. They remain friends, but mental scuffles are common.
